Welcome to Fortezza Beach Resort Hotel. During your stay at our hotel, we kindly ask you to act within the framework of hygiene rules in order to protect both your own health, the health of our guests staying with you and our employees serving you.

INFORMATION GUIDE- YOUR ROOM

• Your room has been cleaned with disinfectant products, and after these procedures delivered to you as the "first user".

• Products such as soap, shampoo, and shower gel in your room are single-use and are not used by anyone other than you.

• Daily cleaning of your room is done by our staff using masks and disposable gloves.

• If you do not want daily room cleaning, please inform the reception.

GENERAL USAGE AREAS

Cleaning of all areas is done with appropriate frequency by using disinfection materials according to the standards for the nature of the surface.
All general usage areas including restaurants, meeting room, lobby, reception area, entertainment and animation area, bars and sales units have been arranged in accordance with the social distance plan; Necessary measures regarding social distance have been taken and necessary markings have been made. No more guests will be accepted in these areas than the capacity in accordance with the plan.
Adequate hand disinfectant or antiseptic is available in all public areas.
The distance between tables is arranged as 1.5 meters in our food and beverage service units.

All our employees received special training on epidemic and hygiene.
Our staff uses protective materials such as masks, gloves or face shields depending on the location and service while serving you.
In all personnel areas hygiene standards and practices are carried out in the same manner, as in general areas of use.
Hygiene barriers, sterilization devices, necessary tools and equipment for hand and body hygiene are available in food production and kitchen areas in our enterprise.
Cleaning and hygiene of kitchen-related areas, all kinds of equipment used in the kitchen, counters and storage areas are provided regularly.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Completely fill in the information requested on the registration card during check-in.
You can use the elevators with the people you are staying with in the same room. If there is another guest in the elevator who is not staying with you, please wait for the next elevator. Instead of using the elevator for nearby floors, you can also use the stairs.
Pay maximum attention to maintaining social distance while moving within the facility. Obey the signs posted by the hotel management.
Do not disturb the 1.5 meter distance between the tables.
If you see Covid-19 symptoms in yourself or one of our other guests, inform the reception immediately, the reception will contact the health care institutions for you.
Protective materials such as disinfectants, masks and gloves can be obtained free of charge at any time of the day, so that you can use them whenever necessary within the scope of Covid-19 measures.
In addition to speaking and touching the Covid-19 virus, nose, mouth, eyes etc. They can pass through their contacts, hang in the air for a certain period of time, and live on the contacted surface. Therefore, you should wash your hands frequently with plenty of soap and water. In case you are far from the washbasins, hand sanitizer devices have been placed by us at the places where our service units are located.
We remind you that different activities such as running, doing sports, cycling, and swimming require different social distance needs and different precautions, even if precautions such as disinfectant and mask use are taken.
Services at the hotel and inside the hotel and events you will attend outside the hotel, spa, hairdresser, jewelery store, market, transportation, food, excursion, tour, flight, photo shoot, concert, boat sports, jogging, trekking etc. You should take all precautions in events such as these, and you should definitely inform the hotel about participation in these events beforehand. After these events, if you see any signs or symptoms related to Covid-19 and other epidemic diseases, you should immediately report this to the hotel management. In such a case, the reception will contact the health care organizations for you and provide your contact.

We remind you again that you may have legal obligations if you hide the findings, information and symptoms related to all infectious diseases, including Covid-19, and do not inform the hotel management or comply with the precautions.
